Bear Book Bundle Policy

Purpose

The Bear Book Bundle is an all-encompassing, affordable textbook rental program that will provide undergraduate students with all required textbooks, lab manuals, access codes, and electronic book versions. This purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for the Bear Book Bundle.

Scope

This policy applies to undergraduate students enrolled at Mercer University.

None

Policy Statement

Upon registering for courses, undergraduate students will be automatically enrolled into the program. The Bear Book Bundle program fee will be added to the charges shown on the Mercer Student Account. Just like other charges, it can be paid by financial aid or be paid for out of pocket. If a student enrolls in a payment plan, this charge will be included in the payment plan calculations.

The cost is a flat rate per credit hour.

If a student wishes to not participate in the program, the student must opt out by the last day of drop/add.

Students who would like to purchase their books via a Bear Card Transfer or Book Advance must first opt out of the Bear Book Bundle Program.
