Purpose
The policy outlines the guidelines for final examinations at Mercer University.
Scope
This policy applies to all students at Mercer University.

Policy Statement
Examinations are administered at scheduled times at the end of each semester (or session). Students must report to final examinations at the times scheduled. Changes in the examination schedule may be authorized only by the appropriate associate dean. Permission for a make-up final examination due to an illness or another emergency may be permitted at the discretion of the instructor or associate dean.
Macon Traditional Campus
No student events may be scheduled on campus during final examination week.
If a student has three final examinations scheduled on the same day, the student should contact the associate dean of his/her college/school as soon as possible to request arrangements to take one of the examinations on another day.
