Purpose
The Tarver Library provides three bulletin boards for the purpose of posting student/faculty flyers.
Scope
This policy applies to all students and employees at Mercer University.

Policy Statement
- Persons wishing to post a flyer are required to submit their flyer to the Circulation Desk located on the second floor of the Tarver Library. The requestor’s name, email address, and phone number must be written on the back of the flyer.
- The Public Services Librarian is responsible for approving, posting, and removing outdated flyers. In the event the Public Services Librarian is unavailable, the Building Steward is responsible for approving and posting flyers.
- Circulation staff are responsible for removing any flyers or table tents that have been posted in areas other than bulletin boards, including but not limited to walls, doors, windows, tables, and restrooms. The Building Steward is responsible for routing unapproved flyers to Campus Life for any needed action.
