Policies at Mercer
The Mercer University Policy Library houses the official collection of University policies that impact the members of the University community across all schools, colleges, and divisions.
The Policy Library’s primary objectives are to standardize policy format, eliminate redundancies, and enhance organization, accessibility, search, and navigation functions for users. University policies are categorized and listed in menus below with some policies appearing in multiple categories.

The Policy Library does not contain policies that are included in University handbooks or catalogs. For information on policies implemented by a specific school, college, division or department, please check their respective webpages.
New policies are entered as soon as possible after they are approved. If you have any questions about a policy, please contact the office listed as the Policy Contact for that policy. General inquiries about the Policy Library should be directed to the Office of the Provost at 478-301-2110.
Archived versions of Mercer University policies are maintained by the Office of Institutional Effectiveness.
